What is Duty Roster?
Duty Roster is a simple tool for managing crew schedules, pairings, reserve coverage, and training/office assignments in weekly and monthly views.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes — it works on mobile and desktop. Many teams use it on tablets or phones while on the go.
Can we export or print the roster?
Yes. You can print a clean roster view and export roster data as a CSV for reporting or distribution.
How do we set the on-call contact name and phone number?
Open the Roster, then use the “Roster Settings” option in the left sidebar to update the on-call label and phone number.
Do you support user logins?
Yes — we can enable user accounts (email/password) so each customer signs in. If you want this turned on, request a demo and we’ll configure it with you.
How do I request data deletion?
