By accessing or using Duty Roster (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of roster data you enter.
You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Customer Content

“Customer Content” includes roster entries, crew member data, and notes. You retain ownership of your Customer Content. You grant us permission to process Customer Content only as needed to provide and improve the Service.

4. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We aim to minimize disruption.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for confirming roster accuracy before operational use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
